Purchases
Do my billing and shipping addresses need to match?
Every purchase must have the same billing and shipping address. Any purchase without matching addresses will be refunded with the option to purchase again according to our policy. We only accept orders to a different address with an immediate and non-refundable payment. Orders
How do I make an order?
Products can be ordered from the site or by phone.
Where are your wholesale prices?

How do I edit or cancel my order?
If you would like to edit or cancel an order, contact us within the same day and prior to shipment. We cannot modify orders once they have been shipped.
Do you price match?
We offer price matching on products that are in stock and sold by legitimate competitors. Be prepared to provide the product and competitor site.
Shipping
When do you ship orders?
Orders will be packed and shipped within 2 business days of the purchase, Monday through Friday during business hours only. Outside holidays and business hours, orders will be processed the next business day.
Do I get support for my shipments?
Once shipped, we do not provide support for orders that are late due to shipping delays. Please contact USPS about the status of your shipment.
What are your shipping options?
We offer tiered shipping options through USPS based on approximate item dimensions and weight.
Returns
We do not offer returns on any purchases unless they were damaged during shipping. Please contact us to send proof of damage within a day.
