Do my billing and shipping addresses need to match?
Every purchase must have the same billing and shipping address. Any purchase without matching addresses will be refunded with the option to purchase again according to our policy. We only accept orders to a different address with an immediate and non-refundable payment. Do you price match?
We offer price matching on products that are in stock and sold by legitimate competitors. Be prepared to provide the product and competitor site.

We do not offer returns on any purchases unless they were damaged during shipping.

Please contact us to send proof of damage within a day.

Orders will be packed and shipped within 2 business days of the purchase.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday during business hours only. Outside holidays and business hours, orders will be processed the next business day.

Once shipped, we do not provide support for orders that are late due to shipping delays. Please contact USPS about the status of your shipment.
